3. SERVICES PROVIDED
GLG Painting Services LLC provides:
Residential and commercial painting
Minor repairs
Light remodeling
General construction services under the brand Black Jaguar Construction
The Company reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside its professional scope.
4. ESTIMATES AND PAYMENTS
Estimates are valid for 7 to 15 days unless otherwise specified.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Work will not be considered completed until full payment has been received.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a fee.
If the client cancels after the project has started, payment will be required for completed work and purchased materials.
Weather conditions may impact the schedule for exterior projects.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GLG Painting Services LLC:
Is not responsible for pre-existing structural damage.
Does not guarantee permanent results on previously deteriorated surfaces.
Is not liable for delays caused by weather, third parties, or force majeure.
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.
7. WARRANTIES
Warranties apply only to workmanship defects. They do not cover normal wear and tear, third-party damage, or lack of maintenance.
The client must notify the Company of any issues within a reasonable time after project completion.
8. DATA PROTECTION
We collect only the information necessary for:
Communication
Estimates
Invoicing
Service coordination
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Photos of completed projects may be used for promotional purposes unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate county within the State of Florida.
11. TRADE NAME DISCLOSURE
GLG Painting Services LLC may operate under the trade name “Black Jaguar Construction.”
Both names refer to the same registered legal entity.
12. FINAL DECLARATION
By hiring our services, the client confirms that they:
Are at least 18 years old
Have legal authority over the property where the work will be performed
